  • Renters are required to have a valid driver's license and full coverage insurance, including (collision and comprehensive) coverage that fully covers the cost of the vehicle.

  • If you rent the vehicle for a minimum of seven and up to 27 days, we will provide a discount on the base rental price of the vehicle.

  • We will not be responsible for any tickets or toll road fees incurred while driving our vehicles. You will also be responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.

    Clients must be accountable for all expenses related to the rental vehicle, including tolls, tickets, and towing.

  • Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservations without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will be applied.

    Cancellations made less than seven days before the rental date will incur a penalty fee of 50 percent of the rental value.

    Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.
